By Bokki Curator

Two noodle bags, less water, perilla oil, a fry pan — a pan method, then the 16 March 2023 Weverse cite.

TL;DR

16 March 2023 Weverse live: Jungkook cooks Buldak + Neoguri with perilla oil in a fry pan and names it Bulguri. Kitchn, PopSugar, Gulf News recaps. Nongshim later trademarked the name defensively — not a BTS product. This is a pan method, not a collab.

Two bags. One pan. Buldak plus Neoguri, perilla oil, a fry-pan boil. That is a noodle-and-pan dish, which is why it lives on bokki.ai until a ramyeon vertical exists. Do not stretch it into a brand collab page.

Cook from the live method as reported: both soups, less water than the packets, perilla oil, a hot pan. The Kitchn cooked it back. Reported on Weverse on 16 March 2023, when Jungkook named it Bulguri. July 31, 2023 he posted a milder Buldak-mayo version (Koreaboo). Link both dates.

Nongshim trademarked the name later so nobody else could sell it as theirs. That is not a BTS noodle. Do not write official partner. Do not use Nongshim or Samyang marks on this page.

Paldo ARIH (Korea Herald, 13 April 2026) is a separate, current official noodle brand. Do not mix the two. A different two-noodle pot — jjapaguri with steak — is a sentence on https://kimchee.ai/blog/in-the-soop-budae-jjigae and the Parasite note at https://kimchee.ai/blog/from-screen-to-table-bon-appetit-woo-squid-parasite.
